Infor is hiring: IT Support Engineer, Senior in Alpharetta

Overview

Infor is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for assisting corporate employees with client-side technology, including PC maintenance, peripheral support, mobile device support, audio/visual tools, troubleshooting, software management, and asset management. This role will perform installation, configuration and upgrade tasks that may require some research and analysis. Knowledge of Windows and macOS laptop maintenance and operating systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist corporate employees with client technology problems and requests.
• Maintain the day-to-day operations of company PCs/laptops.
• Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade tasks.
• Serve as troubleshooter on PC problems at all levels.
• Research and evaluate hardware and software updates.
• Respond to requests and serve as troubleshooter on various problems.
• Assist corporate employees with audio-visual problems and requests.
• Assist corporate employees with the use of video conferencing solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a corporate environment handling IT support.
• Experience with MAC and PC.
• Prior AV experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Any IT related certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
