ASAP Job Overview: Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Hackensack, New Jersey. This full-time position involves providing services to middle school students, helping them improve their communication skills and achieve academic success. Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle school students with diverse needs. Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students overall development and success. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid New Jersey SLP license and NJ educator license. Experience working with middle school students preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
