Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working in K-12 educational settings Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to student success and well-being Location: Chicago Heights, IL Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to implement and monitor BIPs. Provide training and support to school staff on ABA techniques and strategies. Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student support.
