We are seeking
two dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) either fully licensed (CCC) or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)to provide specialized speech and language services to elementary students with multiple handicapping conditions. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to work directly with young learners in a supportive educational environment in
Hollister, California . Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and implement
intensive, individualized speech and language therapy programs
for students with complex communication needs
Conduct comprehensive
speech and language evaluations
and maintain detailed clinical records including observations, recommendations, and progress notes
Monitor and document student progress regularly, providing feedback and reports to instructional staff and parents
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and adapt therapy goals accordingly
Qualifications:
Valid
California SLP Licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or currently completing CFY
Valid
Educator Credential
in California
Experience working with students with multiple disabilities preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
