Primary Responsibilities Provide individualized instruction to DHH students via a secure online platform
Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and communication needs
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
Partner with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support students IEP goals
Utilize a variety of digital resources to enhance student engagement and understanding
Requirements Hold a current teaching license in the state of Florida with a Deaf and Hard of Hearing endorsement
Previous experience teaching DHH students, preferably in a virtual or hybrid setting
Strong technology skills and familiarity with online instruction platforms
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
