A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services in a K-12 school setting. This contract position, located in Poughkeepsie, NY, is scheduled for the current school year (CSY) at an educational center. The role offers approximately 35 hours per week, organizing daily therapy into 9-10 sessions of 30 minutes each.

Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience in healthcare and pediatric speech therapy Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) Prior work within school-based settings preferred Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions following a daily schedule of 9-10 half-hour appointments Location: Educational center in Poughkeepsie, NY This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication development in a structured school environment.
