A contracted position is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Newaygo, MI. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral evaluations Interpret assessment results and communicate findings with educators, parents, and students Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address student needs Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom strategies and behavior management Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Provide crisis intervention and counseling support as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements Qualifications: Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure appropriate for Michigan Experience working within K-12 educational settings Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse student populations and school personnel Commitment to student advocacy and confidentiality Location: Newaygo, MI This contracted position spans the current school year, offering a meaningful role in enhancing student support services for a dynamic K-12 school.
