A full-time School Psychologist position is available for a K-12 public school in Colorado Springs, CO, for a full-semester contract. This role requires direct involvement in student evaluations and the delivery of psychological services within the school setting. The schedule is from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with one opening to be filled as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for K-12 students to assess learning, emotional, and behavioral needs Provide direct counseling and support services to students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized educational and intervention plans Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in the development of behavior management plans Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with district policies and state regulations Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts as needed Qualifications: Valid Colorado School Psychologist certification or licensure Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and intervention strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work on-site; virtual candidates are not being considered at this time Benefits of this assignment include gaining valuable experience in a dynamic school setting, working directly with diverse student populations, and contributing to meaningful educational outcomes.
