Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for elementary students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as needed Analyze student data to identify learning challenges and recommend appropriate interventions Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans Qualifications and Experience: Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure Experience working with elementary school populations Strong knowledge of psychoeducational testing and behavioral assessment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain detailed records Location: Gilbert, AZ (Elementary school setting) Compensation and Benefits: Hourly pay ranging from $45 to $55, commensurate with experience Travel stipends available if applicable Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) plan with employer match W2 contracted employment with options for full or part-time hours This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students academic and emotional well-being.
