This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide occupational therapy services in an elementary school setting via teletherapy and in-person support. The role is structured as a contract, .6 FTE, offering 24 hours per week Monday through Friday, starting as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students through both teletherapy and direct school-based interventions Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans Monitor student progress and document outcomes according to established guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plan (IEP) development Foster a positive, supportive therapy environment that promotes student growth and independence Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based practice Skilled in teletherapy service delivery and managing caseloads effectively in virtual settings Strong understanding of child development, educational environments, and related accommodations Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff Ability to organize, document, and manage therapy schedules efficiently Location: Elementary school in Saint Paul, MN This contract role provides an opportunity to engage in meaningful occupational therapy services within a supportive educational community.
