What Youll Be Doing: Assessing students' functional abilities and creating individualized therapy plans Delivering therapy services to students with a variety of needs and abilities Working closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure the success of your students Documenting progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of student goals Keeping detailed records that comply with district guidelines What Were Looking For: A valid California Occupational Therapist license Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills The ability to work independently, but also collaborate as part of a team A genuine passion for helping kids thrive and succeed Why Youll Love Working with Us: Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) Weekly paybecause we know you work hard and deserve it!
