Responsibilities include: Conducting speech and language assessments, evaluations, and screenings for K-12 students Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique communication needs Delivering therapy services to students onsite, focusing on pediatric speech and language disorders Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and healthcare regulations Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to student success plans Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA Experience working in healthcare and pediatric settings Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is a plus but the role is onsite Completion or active status of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) acceptable Previous experience providing speech therapy services within school environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and educators Location: Oswego, IL This position is an excellent fit for SLP professionals seeking to advance their careers in pediatric speech therapy within a school setting.
