This role provides a rewarding opportunity to work with students from Pre-K through 12th grade, helping them develop essential communication skills in a supportive school setting. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student success. Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance learning and communication outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and provide progress reports. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid Minnesota state licensure as an SLP. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus. Skills and Abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to tailor therapy sessions to meet students unique needs. Proficiency in technology for documentation and virtual therapy when necessary.
