A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Converse, TX. This role is a contract position covering the school year from August 12th through May 29th.

Key Responsibilities: Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Support the development of communication skills across a diverse student population from kindergarten through 12th grade. Conduct screenings and prepare materials under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists. Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success. Qualifications and Experience: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) required. Experience working in a school setting preferred, especially with K-12 students. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to follow treatment plans and document progress accurately. Comfortable working in a fast-paced educational environment.
