Greater Los Angeles Area Hourly: $70-$102/hr. Soliant Health is seeking a

dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist

for a 7on/7off 2nd shift role at a 400-bed hospital just east of Downtown Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-acuity facility that is open to both

temp-to-hire

and

direct hire

candidates. Schedule:

7on/7off rotation

1:30 PM 12:00 AM (10-hour shifts with a 30-minute break)

Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders and provide clinical oversight for safe, effective therapy

Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient operations

Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on therapeutic decisions and patient care plans

Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical monitoring

Maintain regulatory compliance and support best practices in inpatient pharmacy

Requirements:

Active

California Pharmacist License

(in good standing)

Minimum

5 years of inpatient pharmacy experience , or

PGY1 residency plus 2 years of experience

Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills

Experience with

Allscripts

(preferred)
