Speech-Language Pathologist needed to provide comprehensive therapy services for a K-12 school setting in Lovington, NM. This contract position runs from July 22, 2025, through May 29, 2026, with a full school year commitment. The role supports a diverse caseload of 40-55 students ranging from preschool to 12th grade, offering both direct and indirect speech-language services.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across grades PreK-12. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes. Manage both direct therapy sessions and indirect consultative services within a 7.5-hour workday. Adhere to school policies and state regulations regarding speech pathology services. Qualifications: Active New Mexico Speech-Language Pathologist license required. Bachelors degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered. Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred. Skilled in working with pediatric populations across a broad age range. Schedule and Location: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Located in Lovington, NM within a K-12 educational environment. Benefits: Weekly pay with guaranteed hours. Compensation includes pay for both direct and indirect service time.
