Position Overview
We are seeking a
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
for a
school-based position in Seattle, WA . This is a
full-time role (37.5 hours/week)
starting
ASAP
and running through
December 19, 2025 , with the strong possibility of extension through the end of the school year. The exact number of school sites and age group is
TBD , but you will be serving students within a school setting. Key Responsibilities
Provide
occupational therapy services
to students in alignment with IEP goals
Complete evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
Maintain documentation and compliance with federal and state regulations
Qualifications
Active Washington OT License
Washington DOE certification
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Compensation for this position ranges from $45 to $55 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
