A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a K-12 charter school in Worcester, MA, serving predominantly 9th through 12th-grade students. This role offers a contract position for the school year (NSY), focusing on a college preparatory environment.
Responsibilities include providing speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20 students with mild to moderate communication disorders. The SLP will work 3-4 days per week, delivering individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to the academic and social needs of high school students. Collaboration with educators and support staff is essential to support student progress and ensure effective communication strategies within the school setting.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
Experience working with pediatric populations
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services, preferably with K-12 students
