Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive educational team at a school near Worden, OR. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with students in a collaborative environment and make a positive impact on their speech and language development. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech therapy services to K-12 students
Assess speech and language skills, developing individualized treatment plans
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Address a range of speech and language disorders including articulation, fluency, and language processing
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student success
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, goals, and progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting and planning
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Oregon state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
