Soliant Education is seeking a part-time BCBA to join a supportive school district in the Collinsville area. This role focuses on early childhood and elementary students, providing hands-on support in classroom settings and collaborating with school teams. 20 hours per week (potential for full-time if needed)
Caseload:
Early Childhood Elementary students
Duties:
Observe students in real-time classroom settings to identify triggers, reinforce positive behaviors, and gather accurate data
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Provide recommendations and strategies to support students with IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
Requirements: Active BCBA certification
Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) with appropriate endorsement preferred
Prior school-based experience a plus
