Develop individualized treatment plans based on students specific needs and goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress. Participate in meetings such as multi-disciplinary team sessions and Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning. Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with a diverse student population in a school environment is preferred. Strong assessment and intervention skills for pediatric speech and language disorders. Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively. Location: Position is based in David City, Nebraska.
