A Special Education Teacher opportunity is available for the remainder of the school year in Scottsdale, AZ. This contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with diverse learning needs in both small group and general education classroom settings.

Responsibilities include: Providing specialized instruction in language arts, math, and behavior support tailored to individual student needs Developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborating closely with general education teachers to ensure inclusive teaching practices Maintaining open communication between home and school to support student progress Participating in regular meetings and receiving guidance from resource teachers Qualifications and desired experience: Valid Special Education teaching credentials or licensure Experience in designing and delivering differentiated instruction for students with special needs Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and students Ability to utilize multiple instructional models to address diverse learning styles This role is a Monday through Friday schedule, with an expected workweek of 35-40 hours. Candidate interviews will be conducted via Zoom and will include a discussion of caseload responsibilities with the Special Education Director.
