Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Schedule:
Full-time, full school year Work Environment:
Onsite only Position Overview: We are seeking qualified full-time Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants for onsite positions in Elk Grove, CA for the 20252026 school year. Candidates will provide speech and language services supporting students with a variety of communication needs. Key Responsibilities: For SLPs: Provide direct speech therapy services, conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educational teams
For SLPAs: Support SLPs by implementing therapy plans, assisting students, and maintaining documentation
Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and administration
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements
Deliver services in-person only
Qualifications: SLP:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid California SLP license, ASHA CCC preferred
SLPA:
Valid California SLPA license, previous school experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills required for both positions
Compensation: SLP: $55 to $60 per hour
SLPA: $40 to $45 per hour
