, PA Hourly Pay: 20-22/hr based on experience Contract: 9/15/25 - 6/12/2026 Schedule: M-F 7:00am - 3:00pm Benefits Weekly Pay

Responsibilities: Experience working with elementary students with a range of behavioral needs
Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges
Assist elementary-high school students with toileting or Life Skill needs
Provide one-on-one support to Nonverbal student with special needs
Help with the preparation of learning materials for severe caseloads
Assist specialists as directed for school readiness, and pre-academics, facilitating social interactions during recess and group activities.
Assisting students with communication disorders classroom setting and implementation of IEP notes
Qualifications: Must be able to obtain/complete Pennsylvania clearances
Must have at least 1 year of Paraprofessional or related experience in a Middle school setting working with ABA and PECS students
Must have reliable transportation (Bus, Uber, taxi, etc not considered reliable)
QBS (Crisis Intervention) Trained preferred but not required
CPR and First Aid trained preferred
