Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our K-12 school team near Austin, MN. Whether youre an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CFY), this full-time opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minnesota state SLP license or eligibility
ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred: Experience with children or in school-based settings
Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes
