HOA Manager needed for a busy property management office in Fraser, CO. Under the general supervision of the Regional Vice President, the HOA Manager is responsible for all aspects of daily resort operations and physical properties of multiple HOAs as specified within the management contract and as further defined by company and Board policies. The HOA Manager will work directly with their assigned property Boards to ensure optimum performance and continued improvement in key result areas: Owner/Guest services, employees, project management, crisis management, sales & marketing, property appearance and financial controls.

Duties include, but not limited to, project management, property reports, status documents for real estate transactions, working closely with board of directors, attending board meetings, taking minutes, office administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have superior knowledge of Microsoft Office, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Prior experience in HOA management required. Some evening and weekend work required.

This position supports management of properties owned by people outside the company and does not offer lodging or room/board. Relocation sponsorship or reimbursement is not available for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
