Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Dentist to join our thriving multi-specialty team. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional patient care through exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Perform a wide range of procedures: restorative, prosthetic, endodontic, and surgical Lead and mentor associate dentists to promote clinical growth and confidence Collaborate with specialists, hygienists, assistants, and staff for seamless patient care Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all safety regulations Foster a culture of clinical quality, communication, and teamwork Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active New Jersey dental license, CDS, and DEA certifications Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in dentistry Proven leadership and mentoring ability Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to ongoing professional growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives $20,000 sign-on bonus Company-paid malpractice insurance 401(k) plan with company contributions Continuing education allowance Stable, long-term career path in a respected practice Why Join Us?
