The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through effective problem-solving and service delivery. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assisting customer inquiries for Auto, Home, Commercial & Life Insurance Support DMV Auto Registration & Income Tax services Build strong client relationships and provide solutions in high-pressure situations Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Process orders, manage returns, and handle cash transactions as necessary. Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting purposes. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Requirements Strong communication skills- Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Required Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. Excellent follow-up, multi-tasking & communication skills. Familiarity with sales techniques and client services is a plus. Strong problem-solver under pressure – able to find solutions quickly. Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries.
