Jitsu Outbound Associates are responsible for assisting in the day to day outbound duties and responsibilities to include, assisting drivers through Jitsu SOP expectations, pulling pallets up to drivers with efficiency, and customer serving all drivers when needed.
Associates must work as a team with other team players to get the job done. This includes cleaning, organizing and assisting in linehaul efforts.
Note: Workers can be sent home early if they cannot fulfill the requirements listed in this job description
Schedule details:
We operate 7 days per week and you will be requested to work 5 out of 7 days each week.
Shifts will usually be 5am - 1pm, but can change based on business needs.
***General Requirements*** When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following: Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
