Exempt Job Role Summary:

The Solutions Analyst I understands business needs through analysis and translates findings into software solutions. This role requires knowledge of Eskenazi Health's policies, procedures, and operations, coordinating issues during projects. The analyst will foster strong relationships with operational teams. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Support Eskenazi Healths mission: Advocate, Care, Teach, and Serve, especially the vulnerable populations of Marion County. Uphold values of P.R.I.D.E. (Professionalism, Respect, Innovation, Development, Excellence). Act as a support contact for applications, coordinating issues with guidance from senior analysts. Understand application configuration options. Analyze workflows, data, reports, and technical issues related to EHR software; document procedures. Develop and document procedures for system changes. Troubleshoot end-user issues with senior analyst support. Assist external EHR staff to understand operational needs, validate workflows, and configure content. Analyze EHR content, negotiate modifications, and implement content changes with senior analyst assistance. Manage databases, document decisions, and system builds. Prepare detailed specifications as needed. Willing to learn, be coached, and mentored. Job Requirements:

Post-secondary certificate or college degree in healthcare, IS fields, or equivalent experience. Previous EMR experience preferred. Operational and project management experience is helpful. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Effective communication and teamwork in a dynamic environment. Ability to work with diverse individuals with varying technical and clinical knowledge.
