Responsibilities

The Interventional Imaging Technologist provides technical imaging services in the Interventional Pain/Lung areas. Maintains high quality across the continuum of care including pre, intra and post procedure activities. Demonstrates stewardship of personal and material resources across the department while adhering to departmental and hospital policies, procedures and goals.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Education and Work Experience:

Must possess a high school diploma or GED Must possess a degree in Radiologic Technology 1 year of OR diagnostic imaging experience preferred but not required

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS License Requirements:

Must be licensed in the State of Maryland

Certification Requirements:

Healthcare Provider/BLS level CPR ARRT Certification

Other Requirements:

Sterile Technique General Radiographic Procedures Communication Patient Care Customer Service Team work Organizational skills Radiation Safety
