The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategic marketing initiatives that promote the company's interfacility transport services. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, developing recruitment advertising, managing our digital presence and supporting marketing requests for our internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring healthcare marketing experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote MMT's services. Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates, SEO, and email campaigns. Develop and manage a digital marketing strategy, including content for social media and digital signage. Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters and tradeshow displays. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights. Manage all promotional and print ordering, including exploring and launching a Company Store platform. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with our standards. Oversee vendor relationships. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Brevo or similar email marketing tools). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance standards. Nice to have:Graphic design or video production skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
