West Coast Trial Lawyers is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO/President. This is not a standard support role - it is a high-demand, high-impact position that requires someone who is sharp, extremely organized, and ready to operate at the pace of a fast-moving, nationally recognized law firm and media presence.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring he remains fully connected to both the business and his personal commitments. The individual in this role must be able to manage a wide scope of responsibilities, from overseeing media
appearances to coordinating high-level meetings, while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and absolute confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
Provide full executive support to the CEO/President across legal, operational, and media-related functions
Manage and prioritize a complex, ever-changing calendar with precision, ensuring no conflict between court obligations, client meetings, media appearances, and personal matters
Coordinate and confirm all appointments, travel, and commitments, ensuring seamless executions
Media & Public Relations
Act as the main liaison with major news outlets and media producers to coordinate the CEO’s frequent television appearances and interviews
Draft, edit, and prepare briefing materials, talking points, and legal research in advance of high-profile interviews
Manage, monitor, and maintain the CEO’s social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and timely engagement
Track, record, and document all interviews, appearances, and press engagements for internal archives
Firm & Operational Coordination
Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and all firm departments, ensuring decisions and directives are clearly documented and followed through
Coordinate and facilitate department meetings; capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up assignments, distributing summaries weekly
Collaborate with the Founding Partner, publicists, and leadership team on firm-wide priorities, ensuring the CEO’s directives are executed without delay
Confidentiality & Client Management
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding celebrity clients, high-profile cases,and sensitive firm matters
Anticipate issues, manage crises discreetly, and protect the CEO’s time and privacy at all costs
Travel & Personal Support
Arrange detailed travel itineraries for both business and family-related commitments
Provide flexible support for personal obligations, balancing the demands of the CEO’s business and family life

Qualifications
Experience
– A minimum of 3–4 years as an Executive Assistant is required; candidates with 8–10+ years of proven, high-level support will be strongly prioritized
Industry Knowledge
– Prior experience in law, media, or both is preferred. Exposure to high-profile, public-facing environments is ideal, though not mandatory
Organizational Excellence
– Must demonstrate exceptional ability to manage competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and demanding schedules with precision and calm
Professional Judgment
– Exhibits maturity, discretion, and sound judgment at all times, particularly when handling confidential or sensitive matters
Communication Mastery
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, edit, and present information in a clear, concise, and professional manner
