What you'll do:
As the Plant Controller for Utilimaster (an Aebi Schmidt Group Brand) based at our facility in Bristol, IN, you'll empower plant operations leadership with insightful oversight and forward-thinking business planning. Your influence will shape key performance indicators, drive meticulous month-end closures, and guide budget and forecast management.
This role is ideal for a seasoned financial professional eager to gain operational insight and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hybrid Schedule:
Onsite 4 Days/Week
Core Responsibilities:

What you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Five or more (5+) years of finance/accounting experience in manufacturing Strong cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis skills Proven ability to collaborate with operations and drive financial results Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to interpret financial reports, identify risks, and provide actionable insights What makes you stand out
