An Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO provides strategic administrative, operational, and personal support, acting as a key partner to the CEO by managing their schedule, handling communications, coordinating travel and meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and managing projects to optimize the CEO's productivity. This high-level role requires exceptional organizational, communication, problem-solving, and discretion skills, with responsibilities often extending to interacting with board members, stakeholders, and the public on behalf of the CEO Key Responsibilities Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage the CEO's complex schedule, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure proper meeting logistics. Communication Management: Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications, and draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries. Administrative & Project Support: Conduct research, prepare reports, create presentations, and handle various administrative duties to support the CEO's strategic initiatives. Gatekeeping: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing access to the executive's time and information. Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs, resolve challenges proactively, and minimize distractions for the CEO. Relationship Management: Interact with board members, internal staff, external partners, and clients on behalf of the CEO. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
