Job Title: Project Quality Control Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Quality Control Manager to oversee an interior build-out of a medical facility at the Martinsburg VA Hospital. This project, spanning 8-9 months, involves maintaining negative air pressure within the construction site, replacing dialysis sanitary lines from ICU rooms, and managing drywall demolition and repair.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the project.
Review the scope of work and ensure quality standards are upheld.
Communicate project progress during meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality control protocols.
Essential Skills
Superintendent experience.
OSHA 30 certification.
Quality Control Manager certification (QCM).
Experience with ICRA barriers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
First Aid/CPR certification.
Proficiency with Microsoft software and communication tools.
Experience in typing RFIs and emailing subcontractors and clients.
EM385-1-1 certification is a bonus.
Work Environment
The work is conducted at the Martinsburg VA Medical Hospital in West Virginia. The Project Quality Control Manager will work closely with an on-site Superintendent and a Site Safety & Health Officer. This role is part of a growing SDVOB company that is expanding its operations and winning more projects.

This is a Contract position based out of Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $62.50/hr.
