Manage correspondence such as letters, emails, and special mailings (e.g., birthday cards and client communications). Oversee office supplies, business forms, and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Assist with scheduling, filing, and general administrative tasks. Support marketing efforts by preparing and distributing materials and participating in on-site marketing and enrollment activities. Assist with cross-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage. Perform accurate data entry, manage spreadsheets, and maintain up-to-date client records. Complete and submit daily accomplishment reports. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor with strong client service focus.
