Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to the executive team, including the President, VP of Sales, and VP of Distribution, as well as to the inside sales, channels, marketing teams, and remote regional sales staff. This role is integral in managing administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication and coordination within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the President, VP of Sales, VP of Distribution, and sales and marketing teams as needed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for sales and outside visitors, handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule all sales meetings and events, whether in-office, off-site, or via video conference.
  • Coordinate and organize trainings, both in-person and virtual, for the sales team.
  • Create standardized and customized Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist in compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales or other related marketing data.
  • Support sales and marketing projects as assigned.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks and duties as needed.

Essential Skills
  • High school diploma/GED is required.
  • 2-year degree or admin training is required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong administrative abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in booking travel arrangements.
  • Proficiency in organizing meetings and events.
  • Ability to create reports in Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree OR admin training.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive/administrative support.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing calendars and travel.
  • 3+ years of experience in creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in Eagleville, PA, though flexibility is needed for 5-day onsite weeks during in-person trainings. The work environment is laid back and family-friendly, with potential for conversion to a full-time, permanent position offering great benefits. This role requires openness to travel 10-20% of the time for conferences and other events. The setting is a blue-collar environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Eagleville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
