Are you an organized, dependable professional looking for a great opportunity to support a dynamic team in downtown Pittsburgh? We’re seeking a Contract Administrative Assistant to join our client onsite through the end of the year—with potential for extension based on performance and business needs. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact by keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Please note: parking is not provided, so candidates will need to arrange and pay for their own parking. This team offers great support and a positive work culture!
Responsibilities:
Scan and digitize documents accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
Sort and manage incoming emails and correspondence
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
At least two years of administrative experience
Proven reliability and punctuality
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional demeanor and polished presentation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Legal background or experience is a plus, but not required
Proficiency with basic office technology, Microsoft Office and CoPilot
Pay Details: $25.00 to $31.00 per hour
