Entech Network Solutions
Lead scheduling for complex mission-critical builds in Omaha. Own the proposal, baseline, and update cycles; run CPM health checks; align pull plans with the master CPM; and coach project teams on best practices. You'll be the go-to for recovery strategies, delay analysis, and resource/cost loading-backed by a national GC with established standards, training programs, and a robust portfolio. Relocation available; strong base; stable pipeline.
Role Snapshot
Build, review, and update project schedules across pursuits, baseline creation, and monthly updates.
Coach and train operations teams; help build internal training content and a library of schedule templates.
Conduct schedule health reviews; communicate findings diplomatically to PMs/Supers.
Align Lean/Pull Planning outputs with the CPM schedule; support recovery and change management.
Resource & cost loading when required; generate standard reporting.
Frequent jobsite walks to validate sequencing and progress; participate in key project meetings.
Lead best-practice/process development for the planning & scheduling group; mentor junior schedulers (if applicable).
Tools: CPM scheduling software (Primavera P6/MS Project or similar), scheduling software familiarity preferred; strong Excel/reporting. Knowledge of Lean methods and Pull Planning is important.
Must-Haves (screen for these)
5-7+ years in construction planning & scheduling (ground-up, large commercial; mission-critical/data center experience strongly preferred).
Proven CPM expertise: activity coding, logic ties, calendars, constraints, TIAs/delay analysis, recovery plans.
Experience aligning Pull Plans with CPM and facilitating pull planning sessions.
Comfortable performing resource/cost loading and producing schedule dashboards/reports.
Excellent written & verbal communication and the ability to influence without authority.
Strong jobsite presence and practical knowledge of means/methods, sequencing, and regional/seasonal factors.
Ability to train/mentor peers and collaborate across Ops/Precon/Marketing.
Bachelor's in CM/Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
No visa sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice-to-Haves / Differentiators
Mission-critical (data center/semiconductor/pharma) portfolio.
Formal Lean exposure; DCMA 14-point familiarity; forensic scheduling/claims experience.
