We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries from clients, employees, and external parties.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the management team.
Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring appropriate levels are maintained.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing and organizing relevant paperwork throughout the entire process.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Proficient in using office software such as Notion and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
