Radiology Technician II

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Radiology Technician II for full-time evening shifts. The position will be based at 555 East Hardy Street, Inglewood, California 90301. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic radiographic, cat scan, mammography, bone density, ultra sound, or special procedures according to department protocols. The role also involves being the first line interface with customers, participating in performance improvement and quality control activities, and maintaining department supplies. Qualifications: Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by the State. Effective July 1, 2017, appropriate national certifications in two modalities and/or 10 years of experience. Current BCLS (ARC or AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. Familiarity with State and Federal regulations. One year of acute clinical radiography preferred. Proficient computer skills. Training on violence in the workplace prevention within 90 days from date of hire. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered.
