Role and Responsibilities: 1. Demonstrates a positive attitude. 2. Excellent customer service skills. 3. Cashes checks; accepts deposits and loan payments and safety deposit rent; sells Official Checks, completes CTRs as needed; and takes check orders. 4. Opens consumer and business accounts. 5. Balances debit cards daily. 6. Balances ATM daily. 7. Works courier schedule daily. 8. Assist with backup vault duties. 9. Complies with CIP requirements. 10. Possesses a helpful attitude with co-workers and customers. 11. Has prompt and regular attendance. 12. Uses Deposit Horizons daily and completes the tracking information. 13. Seeks expanded deposit and loan relationships with customers. 14. Sets goals for making referrals to contacts in the community. 15. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor. 16. Completes all training assigned to HR, IT, Compliance, BSA, and supervisor on a timely basis. 17. Follows IT Security Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails. Qualifications and Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred Preferred Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent math skills Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity Tact and public relations expertise Ability to work well with others Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time Must be able to stand for long periods of time
