DCI is seeking a skilled CSR Rep to support administrative duties for the Chicago IL facility. Responsibilities Working with customers and dispatchers to resolve issues which arise in the day to day activities of the dispatch department. Completing billing for multiple lines of business within company operating systems. Answers phones and is the first point of contact for customers. Verifies information against the customers appointment time and communicates this information to the customer. Sends all communication on customer detention delays so as to avoid billing issues.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years Customer Service experience Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry preferred Advanced knowledge of working on computers & in software systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills
