Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Phoenix, Arizona office. Candidates must have at least 3-5 years' experience as a legal secretary in a law firm. This position is full-time with flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid opportunities.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Arizona State and Federal Rules. Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery. Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is beneficial. Excellent analytical and written communication skills. Experience with insurance defense and commercial litigation is a plus.

The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$80,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
