Position Overview:

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships? As a Full-Time Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing customer engagements, estimating project costs, and ensuring the seamless execution of various projects. Join us in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service while establishing a solid presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: Estimate and prepare proposals for projects, clearly communicating known hazards and risks. Oversee project management, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Handle service requests promptly, addressing customer needs effectively. Achieve an annual sales volume goal of $3M - $5M+. Develop and maintain enduring client relationships while acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Proactively engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries efficiently. Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects. Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with overall company objectives. Track and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve targets. Participate in community and industry events to enhance brand awareness. Essential Skills and Competencies: Strong project management and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management. Proficient verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients. Customer-focused with a dedication to understanding and meeting client needs. Ability to adapt to changing project demands and prioritize tasks effectively. Education and Experience:

An Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in project management, estimating, or sales within the construction or related industries. Physical Requirements:

Candidates should be able to sit for prolonged periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and walk job sites as needed. Travel to various locations may be required.
