Job Description
The Data Analyst will develop and maintain data pipelines from various sources, build and optimize data warehouses for enterprise reporting, and create Power BI dashboards and reports. Collaboration with business stakeholders will be important to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. The role includes automating data collection and reporting processes, leading EDI initiatives for data exchange with external partners, and maintaining documentation for data architecture and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from manufacturing equipment, ERP systems, inventory databases, and other systems.
- Build and optimize data warehouses to support analytics for enterprise reporting.
- Create Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all systems.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes.
- Lead EDI initiatives to streamline data exchange with external partners.
- Maintain documentation for data architecture, processes, and compliance protocols.
- Resolve incoming requests within the DevOps ticket queue.
- Perform other functions as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Strong SQL programming skills and proficiency in Python or another programming language
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data tools (e.g., Actian, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and DAX
- Understanding of data governance and management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with industrial data sources such as SCADA, MES, or IoT sensors
- Experience with EDI mapping and partner onboarding
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally walk between various locations within a large office environment
- Frequently sitting in an office environment
