Job Title: Scheduler Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Scheduler who will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and overseeing deployment activities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and seamless execution of technical projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Deployment Technical Lead and Engineering Manager to manage and oversee deployment schedules.

Coordinate and deconflict deployment schedules associated with hardware/software deployments.

Support planning and execution of technical scope, schedule, and cost inputs for changes and customer engineering estimate requests.

Develop and coordinate Task Order IMS objective evidence and collect IMS status accounting.

Resolve cross-spiral deconfliction and schedule/resource issues.

Develop, plan, schedule, and update project activities for effective project management.

Support presentations and reviews of program performance for internal and customer management.

Maintain schedule baseline control processes to ensure schedule integrity.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.

3 years of experience in managing, coordinating, and overseeing cross-functional area efforts.

Proficiency in Planning, Scheduling, Project Management, Systems Engineering, Software Development, and Deployment.

Experience in developing and managing project teams and schedules.

Knowledge of Development Lifecycle, spiral development, and Agile processes.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience with IMS and critical path analytical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with project planning, cost, schedule, and performance.

Ability to anticipate team needs and adapt quickly in the midst of vague or limited guidance.

Experience with development programs and deployment execution activities.

Work Environment

This position follows a 9/80 work schedule, allowing for flexibility and a balanced work-life. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on integrating and coordinating systems to enhance performance and ensure common situational awareness. The role supports decision superiority for warfighters and commanders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
