About ClinCapture
ClinCapture, Inc. is a fast-growing digital health software company with offices in San Francisco, CA, and Las Vegas, NV. We are the creator of
Captivate , our AI-powered Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platform that helps life sciences companies run clinical trials faster, smarter, and more cost-effectively. Our mission is simple but bold:

You'll be part strategist, part problem-solver, and part gatekeeper, working directly with the CEO to keep projects, people, and priorities moving forward. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love wearing many hats, and can anticipate needs before they're spoken, this role is for you. This position is
based in Summerlin (Las Vegas, NV)
and reports directly to the CEO. Location & Work Environment This is an
on-site role in Summerlin (Las Vegas, NV)
with flexibility for remote work when it makes sense. We move quickly and value in-person collaboration, so being local is a must.
Some travel to industry conferences may be required. What You'll Do Be the CEO's right hand: manage calendars, schedules, and priorities like a pro. Coordinate travel, events, and board meetings so everything runs seamlessly. Jump in on special projects - from investor decks to product launch logistics. Keep communication flowing between the CEO, team, and external partners. Protect the CEO's time by filtering requests and ensuring focus on high-impact work. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Anticipate needs and solve problems before anyone else sees them coming. What We're Looking For Experience supporting senior leaders or founders in a high-growth company. Organized, resourceful, and always two steps ahead. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy - comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, etc. Unshakable discretion and professionalism. A positive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to handle shifting priorities. Bonus Points Background in tech, startups, or digital health. Experience with investor relations, board coordination, or fast-paced executive environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
