Contract Revenue Analyst | Kansas City, MO (Remote with Limited Onsite)

LHH is partnering with a professional services firm seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join their billing operations team. This contract-to-hire role is primarily remote, with only two scheduled onsite days per month. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with data analytics, and a background in legal billing or professional services. This is CONTRACT with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Process client implementations, rejections, and budget uploads

• Support eBilling functions including mapping matters across platforms (Elite, eBillingManager, eBillingHub, vendor portals)

• Communicate with attorneys, internal teams, and clients regarding invoice statuses

• Prepare and validate billing reports and assist with change orders, RFIs, and closeout documentation

• Maintain accurate records in Elite, ARCS, and other systems

• Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

• Collaborate with team leads to escalate and resolve billing issues

• Assist with meeting agendas and progress reviews

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing, or client accounting

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

• Experience with Elite, ARCS, and eBilling platforms preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment

• Professional services or legal industry experience is a plus

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

• Compensation: $35–45/hour

• Job Type: Contract to Hire
