Contract Revenue Analyst | Kansas City, MO (Remote with Limited Onsite)
LHH is partnering with a professional services firm seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join their billing operations team. This contract-to-hire role is primarily remote, with only two scheduled onsite days per month. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with data analytics, and a background in legal billing or professional services. This is CONTRACT with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
Process client implementations, rejections, and budget uploads
Support eBilling functions including mapping matters across platforms (Elite, eBillingManager, eBillingHub, vendor portals)
Communicate with attorneys, internal teams, and clients regarding invoice statuses
Prepare and validate billing reports and assist with change orders, RFIs, and closeout documentation
Maintain accurate records in Elite, ARCS, and other systems
Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Collaborate with team leads to escalate and resolve billing issues
Assist with meeting agendas and progress reviews
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing, or client accounting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Experience with Elite, ARCS, and eBilling platforms preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
Professional services or legal industry experience is a plus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Compensation: $35–45/hour
Job Type: Contract to Hire
